EDGE 500 died after update!!!!!!!

Can anyone help I've just updated to firmware 3.2 and the edge has died please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What is the error message or symptoms?

    Dead and unresponsive
    Loader loading
    Software missing
    or other?

    There was a note on the update that if you were updating from firmware earlier than 3.0, it would need to reformat all your files - rides, routes, workouts - and this could take up to 15 mins.

    I downloaded a fix from online, although I'm now running 3.2, the trick is to leave the garmin after update. Even if screen goes blank.

    Yeah I thought mine was bricked too. But came back to life after a while.
