Got a 10k run later today with a foot I'm struggling to walk on, what the worse that can happen? :(

    Morning Felchers,

Tired again - up too late and woken up by kid who never gets up early on a weekday when I'm the first one up  . Coffe is being consumed to cure the problem. To make things worse I've got to work today but at least it can be done from home so I've got a good excuse to avoid jobs. Then a bit of footy watching later.

Just blocked the bog in my mate's house and everyone is sat in the living room waiting for me to cook breakfast.

    Awkward.

    Afternoon Losers!

Fantastic nights sleep last night, I think the downhilling did me in. I'm aching a bit today, mainly my hands as I gripped on the handlebars for dear life. I can't make a fist without being in pain.
Today, I'm about to eat a Marks & Sparks meal, followed by their Lemon cake things mmmm then I have to collect the parents from a motorway service station as they've been on holiday for a few days and it's quicker me picking them up than the coach journey home.

 They've been to Wales on one of these coach holiday things. They get dropped off at a service station where they catch 'feeder' buses that take you to different towns. It takes so damn long from the service station on a feeder bus, that I collect them. They pay me £20 for the privelidge, so I don't mind I suppose.
