Very chuffed. Just completed 106 miles in what was, to me, very tough conditions. Horrendous wind from the west in my face for a significant part of the ride and several cat 4 climbs towards the end. Total moving time was 8 hours 40 and overall took 10 hours 10 minutes.
Found it gruelling at times due to the weather but grinding past loads of Guys with more expensive gear than me sort of made up for it.

If anyone's interested.

Excellent !!
I did 54miles yesterday and the wind was horrific, really energy sapping. Good job, well done !Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.

Well done! Much respect to anyone who did a century ride yesterday in that weather.
I chose to do my first 100mTT yesterday and I am now paying for it!Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

The wind was horrendous and the detour was bloody tough! First century out of the was though! Next year, fitter, stronger, lighter and hopefully faster!0 -
Nice ride that (except for having to go through Port Talbot). Now where's the Strava of you riding back!English Cycles V3 | Cervelo P5 | Cervelo T4 | Trek Domane Koppenberg0
