Winchester route

Hi,
I'm after a garmin route or a rough idea of somewhere to head starting from Winchester.
I live in Fleet so I'd rather head anywhere but north as I know the roads that way.
I assume the downs are the way to head unless someone knows one heading east so I can get a tailwind home. Ha.
70 odd miles.
Thanks.

Warnford - Old Winchester Hill - East Meon (via Hayden Lane almost as far as Clanfield) - Butser Hill (via Harvesting Lane) - Chalton - Finchdean - Uppark - South Harting (loop around to take in one of the ascents if you fancy a bit more climbing) - Ditcham Park School - Buriton - Stroud - Steep - Alresford - Winchester
Should make for a good loop.0 -
Try Fleet - Crookham Village - Winchfield - Odiham - Upton Grey - Herriard - Axford - Candovers (Preston, Chilton, Brown) - Totford - Swarraton - Alresford - Itchen Valley - King's Worthy - Winchester. You can return via a northerly return route through East Stratton - Micheldever Station - Whitchurch - Hannington and around the top of Basingstoke or a southerly route back via Bighton - Medstead - Bentworth - Lasham - Golden Pot - Upper Froyle - Bentley - Well - Crondall - Fleet
These are some of my training roads, but pleasant enough for a gentle ride or good for a hard blast.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0 -
Here's a nice route I've done variations of:

Only 58 miles but it's pretty damn hilly (by Hampshire standards) around there!
It starts next to Shawford train station which is one stop down from Winch, if you're traveling by that means.Cannondale CAAD 10 Ultegra
