Summer waterproof overshoes recommendation

Hello
Now that the temperatures are creeping up, but still with no sign of the rain disappearing ( or wind for that matter) I am finding my Endura road overshoes size XXL a touch on the warm side http://www.endura.co.uk/Product.aspx?dept_id=107&prod_id=14.
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a lighter overshoe - I am thinking less insulation, whilst retaining the waterproofing (at least as much as an overshoes can ever be considered waterproof).
Just to toss a grenade into my question I use Sidi shoes size 49 with Shimano standard yellow road plate so they need to be large.
Cheers
Alan

What about toe covers? Ultimately nothing will keep your feet completely dry anyway.0

If its cold then winter overshoes. If its just wet then I don't bother with overshoes. As has been pointed out - your feet get wet from the leg holes and if it's warm you'll be wet from sweat anyway.0

The BBB waterflex ones are pretty light though I also use in winter but just wear extra socks.
Craft do some thinner ones too. All overshoes let in water in heavy rain (at least in my experience) but they certainly delay the inevitable and on a long ride where it is light rain chances are you will still have dry feet by the end.
Not wearing leg warmers delays getting wet feet as often the lower part of leg warmers get soaked than transfer the water to the sock. Waterproof socks (Sealskins) and water repellant leg warmers (Castelli nano flex) help delay wet feet too.0
