nice ride along the river paths beautiful country side lots of wildlife plenty of chances to stop and catch your breath if needed. 3 bridge crossing's mainly all dirt tracks loose topsoil and mud depending on weather small area of loose grave. popular with dog walkers and walkers also plenty of places to pass them or pull over. averagely sign posted along the route thou maps can be brought in the local town or download via the internet. I did the smallish route today. bury st Edmunds start going to west stow at a relaxed pace bike handled it lovely no problems all thou I don't have off road tyres atm(hybrid tyres atm on bike) it was fine (little slippy in areas) if you were to attempt it at more of a fast pace you would need off road tyres thou.
