Good climbs within 30 miles of Cardiff Gate?

As per the thread title, if I were to meet my Cardiff based friend somewhere, what kind of climbs can you get to on a middling day (60 miles or so round trip)? I'm thinking of some we did on the Dragon Ride (Bwlch, Rhigos etc) but I don't know what the routes out of Cardiff are like.

Bronllwyn Climb near Pentyrch is not that far away.

If you end up in the Rhondda after doing the Bwlch or Maerdy/Aberdare, you'll probably go very near the Penrhys hill, which is a good climb whichever side you attack it:
