From Portsmouth you go via Emsworth - if you follow directions to Stoughton you just keep going through the village and the carpark is about a mile out the other side.
If you head up the bridlepath (a gravel fire-road) up and over a low rise you'll come to the bottom of the DH track... it's pretty obvious as the final table is about 40ft. It's free to ride at the moment, but sometime in the summer it will become an official club with a yearly membership that will be joint with several other local DH spots.
