Can't post in new Road > Women board?

Weird thing - when I look at the new Road > Women board, there's no "New topic" button. There's also no "reply" button or option in any of the threads, so I have no way of posting in there.
I don't think it's my browser (Firefox) as the options are still there as normal in the other boards I use.....
