hi any one had any issues with elivation profile page only displaying half way across screen ? and page after virtual partner has empty display where avg speed should be ? and lastly today showed me as ridinig 35 elivation gain when in reality it was about 1200 ft ? a large improvement though
done hard reset, updated software, and reinstalled same version as recommended by garmin support awaiting an email now

have you tried a reboot?(that maybe your reset) i emailed them with a problem when downloading maps, think it took a week for them to ruddy reply! sorted it by that time

yes and reinstalled software does yours show a screen aft virtual partner with tree lines of data

seems you cant change this one, as for garmin they have repleid twice already but i expect this will have to go back for replacemeant grr

yeah the 3rd screen does have 3 lines cant remeber what info they give but they work. sounds like a replacement jobby, to me.

hi when just riding not using a course doe the 810 dispay elavtion data all way across screen ie green hills screen

garmin have now agreed to replace it
the device is three weeks old and i have to pay postage which i dont feel is fair

Where did you buy it? If from a shop then dealing with Garmin directly will cost you shipping, since your contract is with the shop where you bought it.
