I could do with some advice please
I cannot get my tyre to sit on the rim properly. i took it off to change the tube on tuesday night and now it wont sit properly. i have what feels like a flat spot in it. This has happened on other bikes i have had before but after taking it off and fitting it again it has fixed it. Any suggestions?
thanks

    so

put 1 side of tyre on wheel

put tube in tyre (maybe a small amount of air in tube to keep its shape)

put other side of tyre on (making sure the tube is not caught under the tyre bead) - then it should be inflate but if there is issues on inflation:-

leave a small amount of air for tyre to keep shape and press the bead of the tyre into the rim to lock it in place, work around the tyre making sure it is all properly located and centralised

inflate to manufacturers recommended pressure range...

I covered the bead in washing up liquid and put it back together. Sorted!
