Chain Guide recommendations

I am looking at moving to a single ring with chain guide (currently running three ring Deore 9 speed.)
Anyone able to recommend a good chain guide to work with the Deore (presuming removing two of the rings.) Or should I get a different crank as well ?

So far Im looking at:

Shimano BB-70-B Bottom Bracket
MRP G2 Chain Guide (36-40 Tooth ISCG Fitting with Polycarbonate Guides)0 -
i use a straitline silent guide, very good for me.0

3 options
Guide (Superstar are cheap and work just as well as many dearer (you could combine with a lower roller element)
Front mech locked off on stops
Inner stop and a bash, so that could be an N-gear jump stop or an inner guide ring like a Raidium or BBG.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
I knew you'd recommend those blasted inner bash guide things yes they kind of work but not idea and can cause all sorts of clearance issues, plus they're so thin I can't really see them being very good at protecting the chainring in the event of a heavy impact. Another method for the sake if it and not a very good one at that. Something like an e13 xcx or superstar top guide would be spot on, if you want abit more protection MRP make the amg which has a top guide and a taco style bash guard, looks like a very good piece of kit!0
