£250 short travel forks

I need some new forks for my XTC. Ideally 120mm with the ability to drop to 100mm with internal spacers. I doubt I will have the XTC frame by next summer so want to keep more options for other frames.
My max budget is £250 (absolute max). What's the best buy at this budget?
Need to have 1 1/8" steerer, 26" wheels, any standard of axle though preferably not QR as I'm not convinced that a QR set up with Superstar hubs will be particularly stiff. PM or IS calliper mounts will be fine.
Light weight is definitely a bonus as is a good compression damper and floodgate (or similar). Not worried about lockout, I never ride on the road.

Usual suspects are the Reba RL and Recon Gold RL - both often crop up at about this price (though stock varies a lot).

The Recon is heavier, but uses the stiffer, older Reba chassis.

Thanks. That's a great price for Reba's! Exactly what I wanted, 120mm and 15mm axle. Two day wait now
