Bike buying help

I'm relatively to biking and hoping to take it to the next level
So im on a budget of under £1000
and have been looking at the following 3 bikes
B’Twin Rockrider 9.1
Boardman Team FS
Genesis core 120
I have recently taken to the trails glentress etc and will most likely be spending 80% of my biking on a trail of some sort
I am aware its not generally advised to buy a dual sus bike for anything less than £2000 but these 2 just look very appealing
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
