Fork travel

hi, listed a couple of posts recently, asking opinions on best forks with 120mm travel, narrowed down to Reba RL, but want them in white, no where seems to have them in white at 120mm, but thinking of buying 100mm option, would there be a huge noticable difference?

Rockrider 6.3 with 100 - 120 mm travel,

100 will work, but the bike will become twitchier and steeper. It is designed for 120mm forks, and for the sake of a colour, I'd stick with 120mm at least.

Would there be a huge noticeable difference? Probably, yes. Nothing stopping you from doing it but it comes with 120mm forks for a reason.
