Stunning looking bike, those wheel do look great on the frame. I also would like white bar tape, but like yours, it doesn't stay clean for long!

A question I asked in the other thread is: Ever since new on my comp 3 i get quite a bit of a 'clatter' coming from the forks / headset over rough roads. The headset top bolt is tightened sufficienty with no play in the forks, but i still find them noisy over rough roads.
Do you find this on you tcr comp?

Cheers. I haven't had any noise from my forks. Might be worth taking it into a shop and letting them check it over.

A local wheel builder built my wheels. You will have to message him and see what prices he can do. Very light and fast wheels. http://www.velo-smith.com/

Upgrading the crankset is a wise choice. The standard fsa omega is heavy and bulky. The SRAM red shifts a lot smoother and I feel like I get more power through the pedals. The standard pl3 wheels are heavy and mine kept buckling every so often so they are worth an upgrade. Good training wheel though. Bike looks nice though. Exactly how mine was

I would upgrade to the ultegra chainset rather than 105. Good deals on merlin cycles

Sorry that's what I meant. PR-2 wheels and pr-3 tyres standard. Yeah wheels made a big difference for me

Mine is now 8.2 kg with a few mods, for a M/L frame which is like a 57cm frame. So it's not a particularly lightweight frame but they are faultless in their finish and quality.
