I'm looking at a Felt Z85 on the Tredz website and they have a Voucher Code to get £125 off until midnight.
BUT the T&C's say the code doesn't apply to a variety of brands....including of course Felt! However, the code can be applied and I get through to entering my cc details for the discounted price.
If I hit buy now, will I get it for the reduced price? Will the transaction not go through? Will they come back to me later and say they want the full price?

You may well get it through, but even though it goes through on screen they can potentially decline to honour it I would have thought if they have explicitly stated that in the terms and conditions.
Up to you really to decide whether if they do turn it down you still want to buy said bike from them. Of course they may honour it out of goodwill, but that'll be their discretion.0
