i do love short walks! Sometimes getting fully kitted up and going for a long walk can be just as rewarding, and often more satisfying. But it's difficult to do regularly, finding the time for long walks is difficult with the busy lives that we now lead in 2013.
I'm backing this project 100%, you just never pass up on an opportunity to go for a short walk. 2013 is your year!0 -

Well what Id like to know is if a paraplegic has no feeling in his left hand but sits on it then walks, does it feel like hes doing it for himself?0
