Replacing bottom bracket

My bike currently has a FSA MegaExo Press Fit bottom bracket and I would like to change it to Shimano so I can get the crankset the same as the other components. Can anyone give me some guidance as to what BB I need, the advice on Wiggle etc is confusing. I am not up to fitting it myself so will pay someone to do it but want to get right components.

    As you'll have discovered Shimano don't do a compatible BB so you'll either need a shell adapter (something like this - http://www.wiggle.co.uk/problem-solvers-bb30-adaptor/) or you can get adapter cups that fit into your current standard and allow a regular Shimano chain set to be used.

    Do you know what standard your current BB is? - PF30?
    I'm left handed, if that matters.
