VooDoo Bantu vs Carrera Vulcan

I've read the sticky at the top that says the best £400 bike is the VooDoo Bantu but I've also read the Carrera Vulcan's review and I'm a bit confused over which one to buy because they're both exactly the same price at the minute.
If it was your money which one would you buy and why? Or would you buy something else for the same price?

My apologies if this is a stupid question but I know nothing about bikes, I last rode a bike about 15 years ago, and would appreciate all the help I can get.

The Bantu has the better forks, and on this alone makes it the better buy.0
