My assos bib shorts have gone see through at the back just above the padding insert. This must be distressing for anyone behind me. Other than only riding in the dark, do I have any options for their repair? Hate to throw them out since they are so expensive and there is nothing else wrong with them.
thanks

I've got a pair that's the same, considered sending them to the Assos repair service but I haven't got the receipt , might just email them first. Mrs bjl just bought me a new pair though even though I was struggling with the dilemma of wether to buy again or not.

Not sure they will offer a repair service for that as they acknowledge that clothing loses its elasticity etc over time.

Yeah , you're probably right, think they will be relegated to winter use under bib tights .

People are always taking about how well they wear, how long do you have them?

Well I have had the Mille bibshorts for 2 years now and they did look as new and I clock a fair few miles up - toasted them the other week in a fall. They have gone off for repair!

Return them to Assos, you have nothing to lose except the postage, tell them where and when you bought them.
