Thanks for all your advice, as a new roadsides I had no idea what I was looking for, so with your help, and the lbs, I am now the proud owner of a giant defy 3 :D did a quick few miles on it earlier and loved it so thanks :D

    Is the seat not a little low for you? You might want to angle it forward/down a bit too, especially if you raise it.

    The seat went up 15mm today, probably will go up a touch more yet, will wait for my shoes to arrive though, it was fairly comfy but after the 12 miles I did this morning, bibs will be here next weekend!!!!!

    11.98 miles, 46 minutes, 15.6mph average speed, and windy as anything in the countryside in Lincoln!!

    This now gives me a bench mark of what I can achieve :D
