Rear brake disc rubbing

Hi

I'm having a bit of trouble with my rear brake. The disc appears to be rubbing on the pads as im cycling, creating a bit of a sharp squeaking noise. The noise isn't constant so the disc isn't coming into contact with the pad all the time, it's only on part of the rotation. I know a little about bike mechanics but not really enough about hydraulic brakes to start fiddling with them.

Could it be that the disc has warped? The bike is fairly new, bought it in late Dec. It's a Carrera Vulcan, and the brakes are just the standard Clarks SX that come with the bike.

Any help would be great! :D
Thanks,

Alex

more likely that the frame is flexing. does it do it free-wheeling?

Yep it does it whilst free-wheeling and when there's no weight on the bike if I lift it off the ground and spin the wheel.
