28 hole rims

I'd like to build a lighter set of wheels for my partner. She's much lighter than I am and if I can't bend or break 32 hole rims then I'm thinking 28 hole ones will be fine for her.
Hubs aren't an issue, Hope Pro II (what else?)
But rims are a little tricky to find. I'd like white rims to match the rest of her bike, but I'm having real difficulty finding any. Sun used to do a set but these seem to be discontinued, Stans Crest also seem like a good option but I'm thinking there must be a few I'm missing. Any ideas?
Cheers

I'd stick to 32, save the weight on the hubs, rim and better spokes.0

Can do all that with 28 and save more, don't want to compromise at the momentThis is why!0

Nothing wrong with fewer spokes if she's not doing massive gnarrly stuff. Mine have 24 spokes and still perfectly true after a few years fairly hard use.I don't do smileys.

Why not get A2Z hubs? Lighter and cheaper than Hope.

28h is a pain. White rims will add more weight than taking out 4 spokes will save!
A2Z hubs, Alpine rims, revolutions. Be under 1350g, and less than £350 or so.0
