I was given this old racer it is a divolo can't seem to find much about the company

That picture brought back some memories - had a Diavolo back in the late 90's mine was bought from Geoff Francis in Doncaster. He built it up for me with Athena Ergo shifters, gears & cranks, Shimano dual pivot brakes and Open Pro wheels. Think he bought the frames from his supplier, I never seen another one before.
Sorry picture is poor, red bike against a red car!
My first proper road bike, did a one day 130 mile coast to coast ride on it- sold long ago but now wish I had kept it.0
