Quick Release Seat Post Clamp.

At the moment without putting a little grease in the seat tube after a ride or two I start getting a clicking/creaking coming from the seat. If I put a little grease, it stops the clicks/creaks but the seat post starts to drop down, so I have to readjust it mid rid once or twice. So I am after a better seat post clamp.
Been looking at Hope and Salsa quick release clamps. Any one used either, are they any good?
I know these cost a bit more but I have had cheaper clamps before one my old frame and I still had the same problems.

Do you need to keep adjusting your seat post if not and you want better ditch the QR and buy a proper clamp.0

GIANT REVEL 1 LTD for when it gets all snowy0 -
+1 for Salsa + assembly paste. You could also try fitting the clamp backwards (so the gap on the clamp is the opposite side to the one in the frame): it allows for more force to be applied according to some people.0

Not more force, but a more consistent clamping force....Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
