Triban 3 gets a lot of positive comments from here, previous and current owners. Great entry level bike well put together and a lot of bike for the money. Highly recommended and good after sales mechanics at decathlon to help and advise you spend more money on extras0

I have one and its a match for my more expensive bike.
I think its great, well built, rides lovely and the shifting is a dream.Living MY dream.0 -
I have one and love it.
Fantastic bike even if it was twice the price.SC Heckler

I've got one and think it's great, especially for the money - change the tyres asap though. If you can find any of the old stock around you'll get the carbon forks too.
However, having said all that, I've only had it 4 months and I'm already thinking I'd quite like one with a better gruppo.0 -
good to know thanks.
took the plunge there and hit the "buy" button so one is winging its way to cr4ppy weather northern ireland
just been looking for a decent cheapo to ride about on for when the weather is cr4p (which it usually is here) :x

I'm sure that when you start to ride it you won't be thinking of it as only a cr4ppy bike but maybe even your best main bike. Seriously, it's a great bike and the price isn't reflective in this case.Living MY dream.0

I went to get one on thursday and my local store had sold out of the red ones ,I was doing a charity ride ride today and a guy had one and even though i was riding a £1100 bike i was gealous.0

There won't be any new stock of the red ones, they've replace them with the white ones and you're now paying 150 quid more for the red bike's equivalent0

I picked one of these up on Sunday from Warrington (in Red) plenty around.
Also had a Twitter conversation with Decathlon asking about the Red & White, they said running Red alongside White till prob end of the yer.

Put 300 miles on mine in April. Hasn't put a foot wrong. If you are on a budget or just wanting to try a road bike then I see no other alternative. Pull the plug.0
