    Slam the stem (what?)
    Stickers (ha ha)
Pedals (I definitely figured this one out for myself....)
    Water bottle on down tube.

Remove the stem, then remove all of the spacers underneath it. Then replace the stem and put the spacers on top. Make sure the stem is pointing down as well.

Thanks. Care to explain why I'm supposed to do this?

Its to make you look pro, but tell me thism, what if he gets a bike fit and the most comfortable position for him is with the stem raised with all spacers under it?

I can comfortably ride with the stem slammed apart from the saddle region - the limiting factor. If I got a saddle with a cutout I would slam the stem again ;)

    Road - Dolan Preffisio
    MTB - On-One Inbred

I have no idea what's going on here.

    Bloody lovely bike though :D

Ok, so what's the gig with the water bottle?

Woah you mean you dont know the rules????

Why would I? What rules? Better educate me before I get flamed :D

By the time you get into the 50s, you should be realising that not all of the rules are strictly serious!

Very helpful and mildly amusing. Thanks
  • Nice bike! Partial to Giant road bikes myself too.
