Hope hoops hub branding?

Quick (and probably stupid) question!
I've just bought a set of second hand wheels from feebay, the buyer listed them as Hope Pro II hubs with Mavic en521 rims - they've arrived and they are indeed en521 rims, but the hubs simply say "Hope Hoops" on them. they look like Hope Pro II....is it normal to be only branded without the Pro II?
