Accident insurance for when riding my MTB

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody has any (suspect you have) and who you've got it with? I want to get some. I am not self-employed but the nature of my work means that if I were to be injured I would not be able to work and would not get paid for those days I was out injured. So some insurance would be nice in case of a bad fall (especially with summer coming and the trails getting faster!)
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks

Loads of personal injury cover policies available, I can't remember off the top of my head who I'm with but I've just got broken bone/hospital stay compensation cover as where I work has a decent policy on illness cover/pay0

as above, however check any exclusions. lots of policies don't cover winter sports / extreme sports etc0

Okay, cheers.
I had a recommendation from a mate who uses Metlife. He pays £10 per month and they've paid him out twice. Is £10 per month about the going rate?
Cheers0
