Track Pump for £25 max

Hi all

After a half decent track pump for approx. £25 that will work with my stans tubeless set up too.
Is the Topeak Joe Blow any good as shown here?

I'm sure that the Joe Blow is fine, but thought I'd point out the Phart pumps on On-One at the moment. I've not used one myself but they look good value:

I have the joe blow floor pump and its fine has twin head for presta and schrader valves.
