Ribble rant!

I like Ribble, good prices, good service.

On their site it says deliveries to Portugal are charged for between £6 and £20 dependent on weight and size.

My last order was a pair of shoes for which they charged me £6 for delivery, now my latest order a feather weight windproof I put in the basket the post cost is £20 :shock:

No matter what I put in the basket, smaller lighter, no difference, the post cost was £20.

So I sent them an email, because I thought there was a problem with the calculator on their site.

Their reply...

The postage is accurately calculated by the site. Unless your order is over £250, postage to Portugal is currently £20. I hope this helps clear up any misunderstanding. Thanks for your custom.

So they only have one charge - £20 :shock:

(Wiggle is free if order is over £35 and Evans is free no matter what the value of the order)

I emailed them for further clarification of why it says £6-20 and they can't be ar5ed to reply.

I won't be ordering anything from Ribble again. Fodem!
