One of my rollers on my Tacx parabolic rollers was damaged in transit. I bought it second hand and all the pics of the rollers prior to sale showed that the rollers were immaculate so I did not presume that they were damaged before I bought them.
Anyways, thats by the by. I tried to find a replacement bearing and grey end cup for the roller on flea-bay and eslewhere but to no avail. You can buy the end 'cups' from the US for less than a tenner but postage costs are more then the cup.
I contacted Taxc in Holland and explained what had happened. First they were quizzical why the bearing should be damaged as they are built to last. They sent me a whole new roller with bearings, free of charge!

Thank you Taxc.

There is obviously something about you Vtech. For a small fee, I could get things moving for you. If that does not work, i'll send some Senokot in the post

    :)
I love the TacX but had an issue where the software crashed and had to be reinstalled. This happened several times which meant the history was lost which is a bummer as you can race yourself as you get fitter which is a great incentive.
The fix is the new software which I asked about and they replied to me and I said I knew the fix to which they have never replied to me about.

Even more surprising for a Dutch Company, you must have dealt with the Erasmus work exchange student or something...
