Advice in frame difference 2012-2013

Hi Guys,
I use to ride a Cube Agree GTC Pro 2012 but because of warranty issues I have to change to a new frame 2013.
What I noticed is that my frame has got a flat top tube (near) seat tube and the new frame has got a round top tube.
Both frames are Pro version but mine is: GTC Monocoque Advanced Twin Mold Technology
and the new one is a GTC Monocoque Twin Mold Technology.
Anyone here who can tell me what the difference might be and what is better or less good?
