Headset advice (interpretation)

Hi,

Looking into buying a frame http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/FRP ... s_frameset
This claims suitable headset to be 'FSA "No.42 ACB/MT"'. This brings up a £70 headset which seems quite expensive, so what other headsets would work with it & how do I tell?

any with this standard S.H.I.S. Code: IS42/28.6 | IS52/40

so any integrated 1 1/8 top bearing and any integrated 1.5 lower bearing.

Found a somewhat cheaper one at chain reaction. Next question - when it mentions top cap (options of 15 & 9mm), what exactly does it mean?

The height of the top cap - buy the lowest and use seperate spacers is normally the best decision.
