Not yet! I've a friend on bvoard who is going to help with making the moulds. I've changed the design a little to make the prototype a little easier, and I'm not constructing a gearbox frame until I've done a few others first. Now we've settled into the house, I've going to build this over the summer. I've experimented with making a jig too.
I've currently three or four designs that I'm weighing up the pros and cons of. The favored design is the more compex to build unfortunately
