Both approx the same price.
Canyon looks to be better equipped - Dropper seatpost included as standard.
Can anyone tell me the difference between the forks and rear shocks used on both of these bikes.
Unaware of wait time for the Canyon if I were to opt for it,
Also on the hit list to consider is the TBOTY - Whyte 129S & Giant Anthem X 29'er. However I prefer visually the looks of the above two.

The canyons forks are TALAS, which just means they have travel adjustment via a dial on the top of the leg. I personally dont think they feel as nice as floats and never really found a need to drop the height of the front of my bike.
The canyons float on the rear is a newer design although not got any experience with it so can not comment on the difference.
I prefer the brakes on the zesty as not a fan of avid brakes.
Friend just bought a canyon al and loves it. Dropper post is nice too.
I have a zesty 514 btw.0 -
I think you'll be lucky to find a 2012 314.0

Apart from the ones in stock on the link in the first post of course...
I suggest you call them then as a friend of mine contacted them last week and they haven't got any. Nor have they on the 3 similar web sites that they run as well!0
