Bike fit in Fife?

Hi

Just asking for a friend of mine who lives in Fife, he's just bought a Bianchi and looking to get a bike fit done.

Said I'd ask on here for recommendations.

I`m afraid i don`t know anywhere in Fife, but if your friend is willing to go to edinburgh then both Ronde in stockbridge and the tri centre over on dalkeith road will do a fit.

Spokes in Kirkcaldy, Sandy Wallace in Inverkeithing, Craig Hardie or Edinburgh for Ronde.

Note used any off them but a few options.

I can't recommend Velocity 44 in Stirling highly enough. I got 2 bikes fitted there 4 weeks ago. I couldn't find anywhere else in Scotland that do the full Retul fit. I was there for 4hrs which gives an indication of the level of detail that is covered. Prior to the fit I was suffering from minor knee pain whilst riding, which has now all but gone. Yes it's expensive for a fit, but money well spent in my opinion.

Had a bike fit done with Spokes in Kircaldy, well worth it.
