Headset Choices

I am trying to buy a 1 1/8th sealed-bearing headset for my MTB. Is there something to look for when choosing between brands or are they all the same - fitted the same? Can't decide between a real cheap one or spending a bit of cash. Less money spent the better obviously .

I'll be going to an LBS to have it fitted, but would one of these be what I am looking for:

Basically anything with a ZS in it? Plus I am assuming unless it says otherwise, its a cartridge bearing?

And one more question - does a race crown come with a fork or does it come with the headset?
