I'm about to buy a new box of 100 inners. My current box is Shimano but I notice that Transfil and Clarks do stainless inners for much less money. Possibly Jagwire too.

Any reason to avoid these?

Any other brands I should be considering?

Been a fan to use Shimano own, then used Jagwire and now using Clarks. Honestly, no noticeable difference and in terms of how long they last, none there either. Ultimately, it's a brand you're paying for.

    cheers

That was my feeling too. I couldn't really imagine there being much in it but you never know... some might be rotten.

I think as long as they're stainless steel then they're all much of a muchness.

S' just a steel cord, after all. Not much to it.
