Mid morning snack

What's your mid morning healthy snack(s)?. I have porridge in the morning but as I start work at 6 by around 9.30 need something to get me through till lunch. Some ideas would be grateful.

Cornflakes and muesli is very good and a healthy meal for mid morning snack. It gives you energy for the whole day. Some fruits can also be taken along with.
