Hi

Just posted a video I shot when descending in Majorca with pals from the Tynesdide Vagabonds CC. I've no idea how the guy stayed upright and missed the end of the wall, but I've very glad he did. Could have been really horrible. Not often you see smoke come off a bike tyre!

    Wow, truely scary! What caused him to change direction, did the rider in front brake or something?

    If he'd hit that concrete barrier he would have gone down the ravine or been knocked across the road with an oncoming car and overtaking moto to add to the mix.

    Something very similar happened to Wouter Weylandt as far as I remember. :(

    Looks like by using his rear brake he kept control, doubt he would have kept upright if he had used his front brake.
