Will this post mount brake adapter fit?

I am doing up a friends Carrera Kraken. The bike has Tektro Auriga Comp hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm F + R discs.
The discs are slightly warped and bind in the calipers. I have spare 160 + 185 discs from replacing my Trance discs with Hope floaters. I have fitted my old 160 disc on the front of the Carrera and its fine.
Now I want to move the 160 disc to the rear to replace the cack one, and fit my 185 disc to the front of the Carrera. As its set up to take 160 now, am I right in presuming all I need to purchase is this:

What mounts are on the fork? PM or IS?0

Post mount (the bolts go into the back of the caliper and straight into the fork, parallel with the wheel)0
