I am having the same problem as the guy in this post...viewtopic.php?p=15371390
It is a 2010 rock shox reba xx. The dust wiper blew out of its seat one day and since then if I put even 40 psi in the negative with 100 psi in the positive, the fork has a huge amount of sag when on the bike and basically becomes worthless to use. I've taken it apart multiple times trying to figure something out. I cant see any inner stanchion scratches or damage of any kind to the fork. I have also replaced both positive and negative o rings. Any ideas?

Is your pressure gauge on the pump?0
-
Yes it is. I didn't have this problem before the dust wiper blew out of its seat and I use this pump on all my other bikes so I feel safe to assume the pump is good.0

Hmm, a strange one. Is the snap ring on the bottom of the air shaft fully located into the groove?0
-
Yes I agree, very strange. Yes the snap ring is in place. Could the air piston be faulty? I'm not sure in what way it could be faulty that would result in my problem though.0

It could be, not a problem I have seen before though! Well, I have seen them pop the seals out, but not suck down so far with so little air.
How does the fork ride with just enough pressure to pull the fork down a little bit?0 -
I haven't really tested that other than riding in my driving, reason being that I figured if I have to run it with such low pressure there is some underlying problem that I could be making worse.0

More info...After cycling the fork up and down by hand with no air in it, when I depress the air valves both positive and negative let out a little air. Not enough for me to really measure but its something. Dont know if thats normal or not.0

If the fork is not exactly at the same displacement as before, then the valves can suck or let out a little air.
Still can't work out the cause at all of why they are sucking down! I'd give TF Tuned a call.0
