Changing wheels in my hybrid and upgrading to a cassette hub

Hallo!
I have a simple hybrid/touring bike with the rear wheel having a 7 speeds threaded freewheel. I have V brakes and the size of my wheels is 28”. The frame spacing for the back wheel is 135mm and for the front wheel is 100mm.
My tyres now are 700 X 38c, but later I may want to put a bit wider tyres.
I want to replace both wheels and this time I want to upgrade to a freehub cassette system without spending a fortune. After lots of searching I found this pair of wheels

However, the hub of the rear wheel in this set is for more than 7 speeds.
Do you think that any of these 7 speed cassettes (which are listed under MTB cassettes) will fit with the help of a spacer?
http://www.bike-discount.de/shop/k411/7-speed.html
If yes do you recommend a 3mm spacer or a 4.5mm spacer?
Also, do you know what kind of cassette remover would be needed? How about this?

Thank you all!

Any 7 spd cassette and a 4.5mm spacer."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks nicklouse!
But are you sure?
It seems to me that the ones in the link above are all screw on freewheels rather than cassettes.
For example the model Shimano MF TZ21 is listed in the link above as a cassette, but here (and elsewhere) as a screw on freewheel
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-mf-tz21-7-speed-freewheel/
I am so confused...

Like I said any 7spd cassette.
I have not said anything about a spin on freewheel.
The fact the German are not translating or naming things correctly has little to do with it."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Or fit an 8 speed cassette, index to the 7 gears of those you want to use and you could upgrade the shifter later.....Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Thank you TheBeginner!
I have already decided and bought a 7speed cassette, but I will definitely try your good idea next time I will need to replace the cassette.
