Had my sugar for along time but want to upgrade the forks does anyone know what the limits are for them currently running 100mm so how much bigger can i go?

If still in warranty it will be worth checking up.

An extra 20mm is usually fine. But is is a lightweight XC frame - do you need more travel?

i was looking to upgrade to Rock Shox Sektor RL Solo Air Forks 2013 but was not sure whether 150mm would be to much?
