Overshoes for Skinny Ankles

Can anyone suggest decent overshoes for skinny ankles.
Recently bought a pair of Northwave H2Os but the cuff didn't close round my ankle so my feet just ended up sodden with the rain running down my legs.

if wearing tights or warmers, i put them over the top of overshoes for wet rides, it cuts down the seepage a bit
velcro strap? as long as the ankle isn't so loose it folds that should work, or get the ankle diameter reduced by sewing up a bit of it, use black witch to reseal the stitched area
or you could try wetsuit ankle seals, around ankle, over top of overshoe ankle, they'll do it
