Advice needed on a Full Bounce for ~£2500

Hi All,
I'm sure the question has been posed before, but I've had a good scour around, and can't find anything recent.
I'm looking for a trail machine with around 120-140mm travel and a decent level of kit.
I've got a strong preference toward Shimano kit (for reasons I won't go into) and would prefer Fox forks/shock if possible.
After a good look around, I've found the following which seem to suit my needs, but I'm really eager to hear if I've overlooked something decent:
Ghost Lector AMR 7700
Canyon Nerve AL 9.0
Trek Fuel Ex 9.0
Cube Stereo 160 Super HPC Race
Ideally, I'd like a 650b with a full set of XT kit on, but choice seems limited, so as you can see, most of the above are 26s. I'd prefer to stay away from 29ers.
What have I missed and where else should I be looking
