One of the Boston marathon bombers has been shot and killed by police.

They are currently in pursuit of the other one.

    1) No opportunity to question/interrogate and gain intel on any possible accomplices
    2) No trial to ascertain the guilt through the proper processes
    3) The victims families will never get the answer to the question of why?
    4) No chance for this scum to rot in some hole somewhere for the rest of their life and get regularly assaulted in prison, which is what they deserve.

    Think that just about covers it, but @ junglist_matty also makes a good point

    Yep. If there was a trial, awkward questions might get asked. Like "How did you manage to beat security?"

    Seriously though I sincerely hope they are the perpetrators as there is a whole load of pressure on security and law enforcement agencies to "get someone" in these situations.

    Some interesting articles on BBC about how Muslims are praying they're not Muslim, as they are JUST starting to get over the 9/11 stigma in USA.

    BBC also report that USA says 'this is what we have been dreading, small scale attacks in local areas'

    Well it is being reported that the 2 suspects are Chechnyan, and that they are brothers.

    The fact they are returning considerable amounts of fire back at police to kill one, and drop bombs, makes you think it could well go to the death for both of them, and hardly reeks of innocence (unless they are guilty for something else we don't know about yet).
