Fulcrum racing 3 2013 clincher vs. 2 way fit

Hi all,
Hope this finds you well.
I'm looking to upgrade my wheels to either fulcrum racing 3 clinchers or the fulcrum racing 3 2 way fit.
Obviously I know the 2 way fit means I can carry both sets of tyre if I want but I'm not sure whether that justifies the price difference. I can get a set of racing 3 clinchers for £350 but for the 2 way fit I'm looking at around £450. Also the clinchers are slightly lighter than the 2 way fits as well!
What does everyone else think? What are your views?
